Bill McClellan

Mr. McClellan is the founder and President of Goodwater Consulting LLC. He is an experienced Finance Executive and CFO with vast healthcare experience. Mr. McClellan currently serves on the Board of Apollo Endosurgery, Inc., a publicly-traded medical device company, and is chairman of their Audit Committee.  Mr. McClellan also serves on the Board of Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly-traded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, and is chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees.  Mr. McClellan also serves on various advisory and non-profit boards.

Mr. McClellan has served as CFO for multiple companies, currently for Aerin Medical Inc., a medical technology company providing ENT physicians with tissue-sparing solutions for the treatment of nasal airway conditions. Prior to Aerin, from 2004 until June 2016, as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of On-X Life Technologies, Inc., a heart surgery medical device company which was sold to CryoLife in 2016. Early in his career, Mr. McClellan spent nine years specializing in healthcare with the public accounting firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse) followed by executive management positions with PhyCor, Inc., Physicians Trust, Inc., US Orthopedics, Inc., and Acxiom Corporation.

Mr. McClellan is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and a Certified Public Accountant.
